Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
¾cupsugar
¼cupcocoa powderunsweetened
½tspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
⅓cupshredded coconutunsweetened, dry
½cupchaistrong, steeped in water
⅓cupcoconut oilmelted, or other vegetable oil like sunflower or peanut
½tspvanilla extract
¼cupwalnutschopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). Line a square baking pan (or loaf pan) with parchment paper, OR grease pan and dust with about 1 tbsp cocoa powder, shaking off the excess.
