#TBT sharing one of our favourite "Bacalhau" dishes in #Portugal 🇵🇹🐟

Entering "O Gomes" restaurant is like visiting grandma or a favourite uncle/aunt. It's a homey spot of only about 25 seats, where Mr. Gomes handles the table service and Mrs. Gomes makes magic in the open kitchen right by the entrance. They get busy, but never lose their smiles. 😊

The dish above is only one of the reasons the place is always packed, but the menu has many more. We love this jumbo piece of cod (serves 4) with tons of garlic, leeks and potatoes, deliciously cooked in olive oil. Yum! 😋🧄🥔

When visiting the #Lisbon area, try to check them out.
Reservations highly recommended.
Open Sun - Fri, for lunch only.
