Get the Recipe ⬇️ . 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/ Get the Recipe ⬇️ . 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup flaked/sliced almonds 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts 2 Tbsp sesame seeds 1/2 tsp olive oil or coconut oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp smoked paprika . Toast the seeds and nuts in a skillet over medium heat with salt and oil, stirring/shaking often. Be careful not to burn them. When the seeds start to "pop" and are lightly browned, remove from the heat, add paprika and mix well. Let the granola cool completely before moving to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Can be kept in the pantry/cupboard. Enjoy! ~ I love this granola! It's great as a crispy topping on salads, scrambled eggs, savoury yogurt snacks, dips, and more... The seeds/nuts can be changed to suit preferences or ingredients on hand. .
