It is the home opener for our local soccer team, Toronto FC, and we were in the mood to watch the game from our comfy couch and have some snacks. How about nachos? With some ingredients we usually keep in the fridge and pantry, and a few minutes in the oven, we had a warm-crunchy-cheesy snack in no time! Best of all, no recipe!
Just take your favourite tortilla chips, cover with salsa and cheese, and put in a hot oven until everything is warmed through and the cheese is melted. You can also add other toppings you have on hand, like cooked ground or shredded meat, cooked beans, jalapeno slices, pitted olives, diced avocado, green onion or cilantro, etc.
